Cloud services for local authority
Ongoing study for a governmental organisation: Improve access to cloud services (education, cadastre) for local authorities using cloud solutions hosted
Main technologies involved
Container data centre
Container data centres to provide data storage content with modular capacity.
Ubiquiti wireless routers
A set of
Cloud services for users
Cloud services hosted into local data centres for fast deployment (education, land registry, etc).
The current project is an ongoing study for a governmental organisation with the purpose to improve access to cloud services (education, cadastre) for local authorities using cloud solutions hosted in a data centre.
The system architecture studied focusses on modularity to adapt to future needs and technological improvements. The project aims at providing an alternative to optic fibre networks which can be costly to set up. It also enables local organisations and governmental agencies to take advantage of new ways of transmitting data wirelessly in long and short distances.
